Greyhound McAllen Denton recent customer reviews
I am a 74 yr old woman. Trip was suppose to be a same bus ride all the way to Denton per online booking description. McAllen station said I had to switch buses at Dallas. Was rudely addressed at the Dallas terminal when asking questions to clarify information of the process for the new bus boarding. I felt uncomfortable due to way the staff addressed my concerns as I speak very little English. I called my son and asked him to pick me up as he lives in Denton. I did not take the second bus to Denton from Dallas because of this issue. My son came to pick me up at 3:49am in the morning.
