Greyhound New York Columbus recent customer reviews
Both drivers were extremely nasty with people. The first one got into an altercation with a car driver because he almost hit him. The driver was spitting and coughing all the way to Pittsburgh and he was falling asleep many times. It was a scary ride. The second driver, a lady, was very angry and nasty all the time and clearly a racist against White people. She would demand White people to hang up their phone calls but when non-White were screaming on their phone calls, she never said anything to them. The trip was ok, the drivers not at all. They should be fired.
The worst traveling experience I’ve ever had in my life. I will never use Greyhound again.
I was impressed for the staff specially the drives. I really appreciated for making us safe.
