I was travelling with my 2 daughters, 4yo and 6yo.
Negative:
- I need to sit close to my children, they are too young to be alone. Originally we were seated on the same row. The day before, I got an email that one seat number was changed to the other side of the bus.
- On the checklist for children, there is no mention of passport or ID.
- The bus arrived at 5h50 AM instead of 6h30 AM, and continued right away. Since it was 0 degrees outside and there were no trains yet, I couldn't go out with my children, I was forced to stay in the bus continue to the next city.
Positive:
- Eventually, the driver let us in despite my children having no ID with them
- The drivers gave us no trouble with the changed seat and allowed us to occupy the back row by ourselves

Enjoyed - Seats were Good, Was easy to find the bus.
Not Enjoyed- Washroom was not working so had to pay for washrooms at the shops.
One person went to washroom as he could not control and as the washroom wasn't working it bus was very stinging for 2 hours
Bus was late by 45 minutes so had to pay for tickets from Utrecht to home as it reached during peak hours of trian.
