BlaBlaBus Paris Amsterdam recent customer reviews
Loved the space of the seats, plenty of room. Actually had charging ports and recliner chairs. We got allocated seats number 9A and 9B, however when getting on the bus there was no seats 9 at all. Only 8 then 10. The bathroom was the most revolting space I've ever been in, I physically vomited in my mouth from the stench, there was also no toilet paper. We only had 2 stops in the 8 hour trip so the toilet on board was necessary.
The driver of the bus was very rude with the passengers. The bus arrived at the gate on time but the driver spent almost 15 mins without opening the doors and chatting with one of other person inside the bus. All the passengers were made to wait for the the driver to open the door. Upon asking for this behaviour, the driver behaved very rudely with one of the passengers and did not allow him to board the bus. This kind of attitude towards the customers is deplorable.
Horrible customer service. The driver pocketed money from us and they rescheduled our bus without informing us till after our departure time
