The bus was comfortable and fast, but the staff did not know english well. Also, there were people that slept on 3 seats and refused to move even though the bus was full and there was no place to sit.

Unfortunately both ways the staff was extremely rude, on my way to Amsterdam the bus driver even yelled at me (without a need to do so). We had to wait an hour in the cold for the bus.

There was no wifi even though it was specifically specified so in the order, I had no way to communicate with my ride from the destination
Was late almost 2hrs to my destination. I had to cancel my bookings.. very bad service... No time sense. No wifi in the bus for 8hrs.

It was too cold in the bus
Enjoyable journey, driver was friendly
The bus did not arrive to collect us for the trip and there was no communication at all from the company. I was even issued a seat an hour before the trip was scheduled to depart Myself and other customers on the same trip were left stranded at the station and waited 7 hours to take another bus with a rival service. Absolutely terrible ! Do not use !

The bathroom was filthy there was fecal matter on the toilet seat and no toilet paper. Someone should clean the bathroom before every trip.
Zero communication with passengers by driver and desk staff. Very unclear giving boarding instructions and very rude desk staff. Will not travel with eurolines again, will not recommend bus over an hour late meant missing all last public transport to get to hotel.
The bus was with the heater really high. Was hard to breath. The chair was old, with no cushion and little to no lining
Leg room was too small but otherwise good
Good driving, clean bus. Almost an hour and a half late though, I hope this can be shown in future ETA's
Bus driver was a terrible driver, couldn’t judge traffic and had poor vehicle control. Also didn’t relay that we were going to be late.
Communications were in a different language and no effort was made to translate the communication. The delay happened and the bus company suggested we get a snack which was not given to the customers. The customer care was so poor. Communications too were so poor. It's the most unprofessional service I've experienced ever and yet I'm from a different country.

It was the worst bus experience I've ever had in Europe. My seat was broken so it was impossible to adjust it, there was almost no legroom, AC wasn't working too.
My trip from Paris to Amsterdam with Ouibus was a complete failure. The bus was over an hour late and managed to departure approx. 1h 20min after it was supposed to. Due to the traffic etc the bus was approx 3,5h late in total. Based on what I’m used to while travelling across the Europe this is totally unacceptable and I feel pretty much fooled by your company.
Late due to passengers getting left behind. Not drivers fault, he left on time and had to go back to pick up the passengers who went out to buy food. Driver specified it will leave in 15mins
We had to stand in the cold because the bus was delayed for more than 2 hours and it was an 8hr journey. We got no compensation whatsoever. They sent an email notification as well but it was blank so I have no idea what it was supposed to say. We had no choice but to wait as there were no other buses going to our destination at that time. It was a disaster.

There was no air conditioning on the bus and it was the most uncomfortable bus journey I’ve experienced
Delayed. When the bus finally arrived it has another bus number.
It couldn’t be more bad. I can’t understand the next bus(23:45) went to Amsterdam on time, but my bus (23:30) was delayed for two hours in mid-night! Also, the bus even doesn’t have a chargeing socket！
