WORST BUS COMPANY EVER. They have horrible directions to the pick up point and the bus never showed up stranding me and 6 other travelers. An absolute nightmare. Their customer service couldn’t be less helpful either. Truly a nightmare
The bus told us 5 min before departure it would be an hour late. It was two hours late, we missed the ferry and instead of taking the next ferry we waited another two hours at the port in the bus while the driver smoked cigarettes inside. No one wore a mask, information was not shared with us, no wifi and one bathroom break when the passengers begged to stop
The service I received on this journey was shocking. The driver did not begin the boarding process until 22:58, with a scheduled departure time of 23:00. The bus finally left at 23:38 and arrived in London 2.5 hours late. There was no working toilet for the majority of the journey and the driving was erratic at best. No apology was offered for the late departure or arrival, in fact the driver could not appear to care less.
The service was ok since I booked online and I was very satisfied with the online part of the booking except that it didn’t explain the departure time from the Bercy-Seine since I boarded at CDG 15:50 and is only upon arriving at Bercy-Seine I was told by the sales rep at the counter that I would now have to wait 4hrs , ( sales girl was very professional )
I had 3 drivers on the journey which two of them were great but the final driver from Bercy-Seine to London had a very nasty attitude towards her passengers, she spoke unmannerly and was very mean to us all , she spoke on the phone with her relatives all throughout the trip which caused her to loose focus on the road where she had to hit the break very hard at least 3 to 4 times to avoid hitting the vehicle ahead of her , one instance she smashed the break so hard that people ejected from there seats while some objects fell to the floor , I heard a passenger ask her to stop for second because she wanted to catch her breath but the driver refused and just angrily apologized ,
She missed the scheduled booked time to enter the train which caused a 2 hours delay
The bus driver was not good enough. He does not know the language . He took us to the wrong places, pet control service which made us delay. That made me miss the train for me afterwards so my journey was longer and pricier than expected.
What a bad journey no wifi in the bus, nice driver but could not speak english or French, missed the boat at Calais and arrived In London more than 2 hours late than the estimated time I should have a compensation.
We received our assigned seat numbers but when we got on the bus there were no seat numbers. My wife and I did not get to sit together which was really inconvenient for sleeping overnight. Seats were very uncomfortable and I literally couldnt fit my knees into the space in front of me. (I'm 6"2').
Very crazy journey from Paris to London. Before we even left the bus station in Paris, our bus driver couldn’t open the gate and two other bus drivers got off and started having a physical 2 against 1 fight in front of all their customers. Wasn’t our bus drivers fault thought, he couldn’t open the gate as he didn’t get given the code. Still scary to have professional workers fight in front of all their customers.
During the journey, he couldn’t open the gate at the toll bridge, wasting 10 minutes.
At border control, he miss counted the number of people on the bus and said 4 people were missing. 30 minutes of sat waiting for these 4 people, he recounts, sits down, and drives off. No apology for wasting 30 minutes waiting for these magical ‘4 people’.
Once through security, he had a short conversation with one of the police officers and told us all we needed to get off the bus with our luggage. After half the passengers got off the bus and stood in the middle of the road, he told us to get back on the bus has he misunderstood. Again, no apology for wasting another 30 minutes.
Once the boat pulled in at Dover, all passengers off the bus were waiting for the driver to arrive to the bus and let us in. We we’re stood in the parking area for 10 minutes. Slightly dangerous. Again, no apology for wasting another 10 minutes and making us stand in a dangerous place.
Once arrived at London Victoria, he parked in the wrong area, making us all get off and on again to move the bus to the correct station.
The bus itself, no room at all. I have bruises on my legs from where my legs were pushed up against the seat for hours on end. No air condition so it get hot and stuffy with no fresh air.
London to Paris was perfect. Bus was uncomfortable but the bus driver had an amazing and funny personality and made us laugh several times.
Paris to London, a completely different story, a scary and frustrating one.
The toilet was awful, no flush. No USB charging port or socket on bus. Seats were not comfortable, comparing with others like Flixbus. Besides, I first bought a ticket at 22:30. I arrived at the station before 22:30, but I didn't see the bus. And I wasn't the only passengers encountered that. Then I talked to a staff in the station, he said I have to buy another ticket for the next bus at 23:30. I did. And that later bus set off after 23:30...
That trip was the most awful and worst in my life! We waited in Paris 3 hours and 40 min for the bus, because it was delayed. When I asked the Blabla bus staff, what’s the reason of the delay, I have been told that the company doesn’t have enough busses. Here is my question- why than there is an option to choose which hour I want to travel? Because of this delay, all my plans failed, I’m late and had to wait hours in London until the first train to where I leave. If everything was on time i would go on time home as well.
During the travel i changed the bus, the driver explained the reason ( i could guess only what he could say) in French! Do I have to know French? Anyway I understood what he said after the buss stopped in a bus station and changed the bus, there changed the driver as well. Fortunately the second driver was fine.In the end we were at 2 am in London, Victoria station. I am disappointed from Blabla bus! I will never travel again with them! The way back from Paris was like a nightmare! All our time was wasted!
Horrible staff, driver didn't speak either French or English, was mumbling in his own language, I'm guessing Albanian. No clear or enough signage for the routesor toilets in Paris Gallieni. Phone charging on bus not working. Ridiculous! Do not recommend!
The cafeteria in the station is close from 8pm for a tourist area this should be open atleast during travel periods. The bus driver doesnt know how to speak english good thing there is another crew on board who knows how to. Nevertheless we arrived safely in london evnethough its 2 hrs late from expected arrival.
Two ladies I interacted at the front desk were both fluent in English and willing to help. It is a rather complicated route from Paris to London which involves border entry and a late-night cruise, it was handled professionally and efficiently by the driver. Beyond expectation, esp. consider the cost.
Bus ride was fine. But unfortunately the bathroom was not working and for a 9 1/2 hour trip that is unacceptable. Also, free Wifi is advertised but capped off at a ridiculously low MB per person so we had wifi for about two hours out of the 9 1/2 hours that we were on the bus.
