good: the timing was perfect. the first driver drove very well. bad: no information about the change of vehicle (during really strong rain), AC was on full blast and no possibility to turn it off (19 degrees, freezing!), radio was too loud, driver drove recklessly (during intense rain going 30 over the speed limit and overtaking normal cars with a bus)

Border control added to the delay however without that the bus had no chance of getting to the destination at the scheduled time. There were no traffic delays or bad weather. The company needs to have more realistic travel times.
