The seats are uncomfortable and people were in our seats at first. My wife and daughter got their seats I just had to move a lot cause someone was in mine. The seats are small and I'm short person. The bathroom door on the bus was broken and just kept swinging open and shut and smelled bad. Wifi worked and we were on schedule. Just not a comfortable ride.
