It was extremely unclear in the booking process that we would be switching from a bus to a van. If there are transfers in the itinerary, it should be extremely clear in the booking process. Second, the driver was not given an updated list of passengers, which delayed the start of the trip.

My trip at 8. 30 was been delayed. It's was been absolutely stupid. Because I paid extra 100$ for founding another bus to airport newark. And your company not return money for ticket ( 65$)

First ever, it was a very good experience except the dismount. There was/is no guidance on the duration of stop at Newark - our destination. As a result, before we would dismount alongside accompanying kids, the train left for New York Station. That added a lot of distress and increased the travel time by over one hour.
