I enjoyed that there was free wifi on the VIA rail. This helped me do work while waiting to arrive to my destination. I found it a little bit cold on the train. What I was dissatisfied with on the train was the timing. The train was almost 1 hour late to our destination. This made the person picking me up wait at Smith Falls for alot longer. It was very frustrating as this was the scheduled time that we would be dropped off, however we were much later than the time that was told to us. I had to apologize to the individual multiple times and explain that I was very frustrated that the train was this late!
