Apart from some minutes late of the bus arrival for pickup, the travel was smooth and sound.
I take these buses very regularly. There is always an issue. They are almost always late, the bathroom was locked or unusable, once the bus smelled of hot sewage for a near three hour ride, my luggage got locked in one of their vans once and I didn’t get it back for hours, strange swapping of travellers from vans to buses, unsafe driving methods and customers that seem to not understand common manners when riding public transportation. It’s cheap though and there are no other options.
The driver had to stop twice to fix the door as it kept opening as we were on the highway! Not his fault as there seemed to be an issue with the door mechanism itself. Too many stops even within London. And having to switch drivers at the airport seemed to take too long. I have twice used your service and have had much better experiences with Megabus and Flexbus. I will only use Onebus again if it is absolutely necessary.

Your bus stop instructions of "downtown London" were way too vague. We were all over King St, York St. VIA rail before someone was able to direct us to a parking lot with the bus ready to leave. Fortunately, our friend ran ahead (i am elderly with a walker) and hold the bus for us.
