Need to develop more efficient means of validating tickets and of navigating passengers to where to put bags/validate ticket/get on etc. Just spend a few hours thinking about the process and then change it.
Bud drove past me at the stop. When I called they said I missed the bus. However I was there 20 minutes early. Person on phone then said they were sorry and he would come back to get the people at my stop.
I was told when I booked that the bus did not go from the airport to London, we got a taxi from airport to Toronto to pick the bus very stressful trying to get to the bus in rush hour. And were was the first stop after Toronto,THE AIRPORT!!! not very happy cost me 60 dollars.
From my experience with Onex bus I learned it is a small family owned business and they really care about their passengers. I had the bus to myself on this particular night and everything went smoothly and the driver was very friendly! It was an overall great experience and I would recommend it!
