Intercity bus London Toronto recent customer reviews
Horrible. Bus was over 35 minutes late, the customer service person lied about the reason, and I missed my flight because of the delay.
Originally we were informed of a 15 minutes delay, after that there was no update, but through the "track my bus" feature we could see that the bus was parked at the company's own parking lot for over 20 minutes, when the bus was already late.
Customer service said the delay was due to traffic, but other company's busses coming through the same roads were in time, and map apps didn't show any significant traffic disruption.
Then customer service said that the bus was stopped to board passengers, but there were only 5 passengers in the bus when it got to the Wellington @ Exeter stop, which could've not taken more than 5 minutes to board, at most.

Enjoyed it was on time, didn't enjoy the fact that we were picked up in a minivan and then brought to a bus station and then transported to a bigger bus. This delayed the arrival time by 40 minutes.
Many users appreciated the punctuality and professionalism of the bus service, highlighting comfortable seats and helpful drivers. The overall experience was positive for many, with some enjoying amenities like WiFi access. However, there were concerns about unclear departure locations in London causing confusion and discomfort due to cold temperatures or cramped seating arrangements on certain trips.

I love it it was a very nice lady riding the bus everyone was quiet and I can charge my phone on the bus was the best experience! Maybe some of the sits where dirty but that's all.

I enjoyed the extreme professionalism of the bus driver. I like that he started the trip by using the intercom system to remind folks of bus etiquette rules (ie wear your seatbelts, use headphones, etc). This was one of my best rides!

Bus arrived on time, but the seats are really crammed together and there are apparently reserved seats so we had to move to another location in the bus after we were already settled. There was no toilet paper in the washroom.
Be careful when you book, because some buses take a slower route into other locations and it can add to the travel time.
Users have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting its affordability and reliability. Many appreciated the friendly and professional drivers who ensured a smooth journey. However, some reviews mentioned minor issues such as occasional delays in arrival times and discomfort due to high temperatures on board or lack of clear Wi-Fi instructions. Overall, passengers felt safe and satisfied with their travel experience.

Was delayed an hour and had to go around to pick up passengers up at other locations, which were not supposed to be on the schedule. Took 3 and a half hours from Downtown London to Pearson Airport in Toronto.

This was the second time I used Onexbus, the first time was very bad because the staff was very rude but this time was worse, they arrived an hour and a half late to the meeting point, they didn't even enter the place, they picked us up in the middle of the street, when I bought the ticket it said there was a bathroom on the bus but when I got on and asked for it they told me it didn't work and that I had to get off to use the services at the gas station, they didn't turn on the air conditioning, it smelled bad and the staff was not friendly, we arrived very late to our destination and it was a terrible experience, I will not use their services again.

The bus was running 45 minutes late, at which point we received an email that is was cancelled and gave a customer support number to call. Would avoid using Megabus in the future as it seems extremely unreliable.

bus showed up late, and i was flown from my seat numerous times as the bus driver would fail to slow down, and have to slam on his breaks to avoid rear ending other cars.

The ticket was sold to me under false pretense. I bought a ticket to arrive in Toronto at 1:30 and didn't get in until 2:30. Unacceptable business practice.

The driver stopped in the wrong place at the origin. So, we had to call customer service to ask them to hold the bus at the next station. Otherwise, everything was ok.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive.
After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information.
So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.
