Bus Tickets from London, CA to Toronto

the bus from London to Toronto was late. We were told that there was issue with the bus and alternative vehicle sent to pick up us. Hope there are more notifications

The bus was entirely too small, and the driver made no effort to make sure passengers weren’t taking up the only seats available, with their luggage, instead of using the actual luggage area. I did not have room to sit down and there was 2 whole seats being taken up by other passengers stuff. When asked to move no one did anything so I was forced to squish into someone else’s seat with them. Long story short, get larger buses, and don’t cram the exact amount of people into one bus .

Mostly a positive experience however bus smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Noticed driver was smoking at each stop and think he must smoke on bus when there are no passengers on board.

On time. Clean. Seats hard for a long trip. But in order. I recommend it. I had plenty of time before my flight so I can’t speak on overall punctuality. But I am very satisfied. Driver was excellent.

The trip was fast and efficient. My bus arrived at the destination EXACTLY on time! I was lucky in that no one came to sit next to me, so I could spread out.

I love it it was a very nice lady riding the bus everyone was quiet and I can charge my phone on the bus was the best experience! Maybe some of the sits where dirty but that's all.

The bus was 1 hour late, I was able to speak with the contact phone number that’s listed online as 24/7 customer service but then at 7:35pm, there stopped being any answer of the phone line for the next 30 minutes. I’ve had poor experience with customer service with a previously delayed bus as well and am disappointed at the customer service that is claimed to be 24/7 service.

The bus was good. But it was 45 minutes late, and there was no update to us, as passengers, on the updated estimated arrival time

They cancelled the trip almost at midnight being my trip at 7 am and didn´t give me any options to reach my destination and no reinbursment.

I enjoyed the uneventful trip to Toronto. However, my bus was scheduled to leave at 04:10. At 01:45 on the day off (I was sleeping), I was informed that they would be leaving an hour earlier at 03:10 (due to daylight savings change). At 03:35, I received a call informing me that the bus had already left my pick-up spot and that if I wanted to catch the bus, I'd need to make my was to South London. Anyway, all told, my Uber cost was $40 more than it was supposed to be, but I did barely make it to the bus in time. Overall, it was a significant amount of stress and anxiety and a simple demonstration of awful communication and planning on the part of Velocity Bus.

Smooth ride, on time. Third room of the shuttle is a little cramped for a tall guy - but at least I had whole row to myself

Arrived 35 min late, toke passenger from another time, went to downtown and return to the university to pick up , no body was there.. finally left London 1 hour late..

horrible bus was extremely late and we had to go to another stop because it wouldn’t come to the stop it was supposed to go to

The bus was running 45 minutes late, at which point we received an email that is was cancelled and gave a customer support number to call. Would avoid using Megabus in the future as it seems extremely unreliable.

Driver was so nice, friendly and helpful. However, there were no outlets on the bus which was not great

bus showed up late, and i was flown from my seat numerous times as the bus driver would fail to slow down, and have to slam on his breaks to avoid rear ending other cars.

The bus was almost 2 hours late and they made me randomly get off the bus and take another rider bus which was very confusing and seemed unnecessary

The ticket was sold to me under false pretense. I bought a ticket to arrive in Toronto at 1:30 and didn't get in until 2:30. Unacceptable business practice.

The driver stopped in the wrong place at the origin. So, we had to call customer service to ask them to hold the bus at the next station. Otherwise, everything was ok.

The driver was very friendly and welcomed everyone on board, the bus was very clean, and the seats were very comfortable. All in all, a very relaxing trip!

I didn't enjoy being 40min late and missing my appointments but other then that it was great

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

Attending university in london, I have been travelling back and forth between Toronto and London for around 4 years. I have not encountered a better company than Red Arrow. Their communication, punctuality, service, and comfort are unmatched while still having competitive prices. My favourite company to make the London-Toronto journey, I just wish they had more times available!

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.

They cancelled the bus at 10:30 pm the night before. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

Absolutely horrible. The bus never came and nobody answered my calls or called me.
