Southbound trip to Calgary was excellent. Our driver Adrian was very nice and gave welcoming, clear and useful announcements and reminders. Excellent service. Enjoyed Wi-Fi too.
Northbound trip to Edmonton was okay. Bus was a little late, and needed to change bus at Westbrook Mall. Wi-Fi was not working on bus. But driver made up the time so we still arrived on time. Also appreciate driver took proactive actions to tell loud passenger to keep it down.
Overall, I enjoyed and am satisfied with Rider Express service. Please keep up the good work. Will definitely use Rider Express again next time.
This was the worst bus experience ever. Extremely small and cramped bus with uncomfy seats and the ride was SO bumpy. I was nauseous the entire time. Very rough and uncomfortable ride. Bus also arrived almost 40 min late in Calgary. Would not recommend or ever re book with Cold shot.
The trip was good, time schedule was correct, bus was clean and the staff professional. From Red Deer to Calgary, 1 passenger continuously kept talking on her phone quite loudly. When arriving at the 1st stop in Calgary, did the driver address this passenger over the PA system and again in person before leaving this stop. Passenger continued same volume as the bus departed until the last stop. She could be heard up to the driver, she was seated towards the back of the bus.
The driver was amazing!!!
However we got a flat tire and had to drive into Lacombe. We were delayed 1.5 hours and received a $20 voucher, which is a nice gesture; BUT..: should be a completely free trip as I missed my birthday lunch. I understand not your fault; but not mine either!!!
A complimentary trio would be the better way to handle the inconvenience!!!
AC didn't work and it was the hottest day out. It was not driver's fault, he was very apologetic. The drive itself was very safe and reached on time. Just that it was very uncomfortable due to the Ac issue and it was scorching hot inside. It was like sitting in a sauna
We went on the Rider Express bus. Very efficient and professional service, got us to our destination on time and with minimal stopping time. Only $120 for 3 people from Edmonton to Calgary. Would highly recommend.
Confortable enough. Affordable. Convenient stop midway. Affable driver. Downtown Calgary stop near Calgary Tower is super convenient. Overall bussing is a great alternative to driving from Edmonton to Calgary.
