The bus was very very cold, seems like the heat was not working. I spoke to the driver and he said it will warm up but it didn’t, it was very cold for the 3 hour ride to Edmonton from Calgary. There need to a PA system that allows the driver to announce the stops.

It was very bad I was in hurry to going to Edmonton because of exams firstly the bus was not on time I’m waiting at whitehorn. They doesn’t stop at their location which they was showing on ticket map after when I was running towards bus they were gone.
