Bus Tickets from Calgary to Edmonton

The bus drivers should atleast check in with the customer before leaving the stop, they don't even give us the driver's number and I called canada bus office, even they didn't have the contact info of their own driver which is so pathetic, I missed one stop, the bus just went in front of me within just a minute, I went to another stop,spent money again but the bus left before its given time.

The promptness, clean bus and pricing is at the top of my list. I was however not impressed with the driving among traffic. For example, the was an audible voice alarm from the driver compartment to the driver “brake brake brake!!” In traffic as we were on Hwy 2 northbound 10 minutes from our departure. Also, as we departed our Red Deer stop, driver pulled out from our stop directly in front of a commuting fire truck. Both the bus and fire truck engaged brakes heavily. Also I noted that driver would come up behind slower traffic on two occasions very close, accelerate and get very close to slower vehicle as he changed lanes to pass, another audible proximity bell alarm would sound as the front passenger side of the bus came very close to driver rear of other car. The rear view by the other driver would be traumatizing. Travelling only in passing lane for long periods forcing faster vehicles to pass on right also noted. At my destination I spoke to driver outside separately who explained sensors were misaligned. This was not the case as myself and other passengers saw differently. Other passenger noted driver not wearing seat belt. This driver needs some remedial training, he advised they do no re-certification yearly. There were uncomfortable situations for those passengers paying attention.

Nice, on time. Could have been quieter. Some people were listening to their phones on speaker instead of headphones. Other than that it was great. Very good and professional driver.

The trip was on time. In fact, we arrived 5 minutes early which was helpful in buying me some time for my resumption at work! The driver was kind and professional!!

I missed my bus schedule for 12:10pm today because I wasn’t able to locate the bus station on time at the Sunridge Mall. So I took a cab to the downtown location to catch the 3pm bus. The bus driver was so inflexible and doesn’t allow me to use the existing bus ticket but insisted that l have to purchase a new bus ticket. I find it too unreasonable and un-accommodating.

The driver was very rude and he was cursing on me for no reason all I asked was for a direction since I'm new to the city.

I prefer rider express because they’re close to my house but even if they weren’t, I would still choose rider express always clean friendly. I lost the wallet a week ago and they found it I love rider express, lol

The bus departed pretty much on-time and arrived early! There wasn't a whole lot of room in the seats, but they were comfortable and there was lots over overhead storage space.

It was comfortable enough and the driver was very nice. Only downside was the wifi did not work.

The bus was very clean and comfortable; however, I found the reflections caused by the tinted windows very disconcerting. It may have been the result of the overcast day which may have been worse but not completely. The only way to eliminate it was by turning your head 90 degrees to look straight out which was very uncomfortable. I get motion sickness if I read in a moving vehicle so window gazing is very important to me. I was in the small bus.

On March 12th/2025, I had fkexeble bus ticket @12:35 pm but I couldn't get it because the flight delay in arrival Calgary airport, and I asked to your office for change to 2:55 pm, and I was denied and paid again for new ticket. And this is my first and last time yo use your services. I'm very disappointed

Had mechanical issue with the bus. transferred us to another bus that was not as luxurious.

there was a woman worker in the red deer stop that was extremely rude unprofessional and upsetting to deal with

Very professional this bus was very good price. The guy was efficient and we ended up being a little bit early to our destination. He was quick and efficient with getting the bags on and off the bus. Very nice gentleman he did a very good job.

Bus was comfortable and neat. They should just be stopping close to Tim Hortons more, so we can buy Canadian.

Bus arrived late, pick up point has no waiting area. Bus was run down and seats are not comfortable.

The driver is on time and very nice. But when we have our first stop at red deer, there’s a drunk passenger came on board. Passenger clearly not in normal behaviour. During our trip he disturbed some passengers and the driver while driving which might cause distraction and accidents. I really wish there’s a cold shot policy to reject drunk passengers for safety of everyone.

Bus was an hour late and we arrived in Edmonton two hours after our expected arrival time! No way of contacting them as the phone call always cuts off, doesn’t even ring.
