Bus Tickets from Calgary to Edmonton

Bus was 25 minutes late and then the driver goes to have a smoke leaving everyone waiting longer.

The Bus came 30 mins late, while I was booking the Bus, was told I would have access to free wifi and snack, but none of those happened.

The service was excellent by the way but they have not stopped the bus in the designated stop which was mentioned in the ticket like we was Borde from Calgary and their was one stop in Red deer for about 10 minutes but they have not stopped over there for even 1 minute. I asked him can i go down and have something to eat, but he said no we are moving right away. Even though we was super hungry at that point.

My experience was positive. First time user. I liked the cleanliness of the bus, the kind informative driver, the accessibility & cleanliness of the bathroom.

The driver did not announce any of the stops. He was mostly focused on his phone conversation the entire time

I am a visitor for the first time in Canada. - The bus was delayed by around 20 minutes to leave Calgary and 45 minutes to reach Edmonton. - There was no wifi on the bus which prevented me from getting/providing updates from/to the person waiting for me. - There were passengers talking loudly for the whole duration of the trip. - The tracker wasn't working. - The number of the bus was different than what is showing on the ticket which prevented knowing it arrived.

It was great like I have options not just 6am but 12pm too so I have time to get to my bus

When booking a trip the setup of the times and destinations is somewhat confusing with the new stops now being made.

Great price, quick , smooth and the driver was great. Some signage downtown Calgary would be nice.

Nice, clean bus operated efficiently. Easy to book. Reasonable price. I suggest better instructions and signage for Calgary pickup location.

I like the seating and air conditioning, eveything went very smoothly. I just wish they had complementary water maybe.

Easy to buy a ticket and board. One issue was the seat belt: I felt strangled and could barely move. Was uncomfortable.

Good. Apart from arriving fro Calgary 25 min late @1955 from Edmonton. Office was closed. My ride was gone

The bus was very clean and comfortable; however, I found the reflections caused by the tinted windows very disconcerting. It may have been the result of the overcast day which may have been worse but not completely. The only way to eliminate it was by turning your head 90 degrees to look straight out which was very uncomfortable. I get motion sickness if I read in a moving vehicle so window gazing is very important to me. I was in the small bus.

On March 12th/2025, I had fkexeble bus ticket @12:35 pm but I couldn't get it because the flight delay in arrival Calgary airport, and I asked to your office for change to 2:55 pm, and I was denied and paid again for new ticket. And this is my first and last time yo use your services. I'm very disappointed

The address on the ticket I saved to my wallet was the wrong pickup location and I missed my bus. I had to stay in the city for an extra night and I am missing my classes tomorrow morning because of this.

On the trip back to Calgary the WiFi was on but it was impossible to connect. The WiFi was called "ColdShot - Free Wifi" and did not have a password the way the trip up to Edmonton had. No matter what I did I could not connect to it as it would tell me "Unable to retrieve IP address". The fast WiFi is the primary reason for using ColdShot. So when the WiFi doesn't work that's a big problem.

Very reliable,peaceful and professional. Infact,beyond my expectations. The driver's customer relations was topnotch👌💪💯
