Great experience… bus was very well kept and comfortable. Driver was nice. The only thing I would change is that I cannot understand French so I had no idea what he was saying and no monitors to display information. I know he spoke English but he didn’t, which is fine but many on bus were confused and had to ask other passengers to translate. We missed a bathroom stop due to this… I know we are in France so I’m not saying it’s wrong… but maybe a monitor with info could help clarify

The drivers are very friendly and helpful! One little minus is that I had to change busses at Sallanches while the second bus I had to take after more than one hour waiting in Sallanches came from Chamonix and drove to Lyon. I wonder why I had to switch busses instead of taking one bus directly in Chamonix.

It was not flix bus. I booked FlixBus for the comfortable seats because I have problem with my lower back and need WiFi to work.
