Our drivers were wonderful! They were VERY friendly and helpful! No complaints there! On the other hand the bus was quite dirty and reeked of urine. Changed buses same gross smell and every surface on the bus was sticky. We left Mobile about 30 minutes late and made a stop in Biloxi that wasn’t on my itinerary. I knew I wasn’t going to make it on time to pick up my rental car due to leaving late and the extra stop in Biloxi so I ended up getting off the bus in Biloxi and catching an Uber to the nearest Enterprise and drove the final hour and a half. So in summary, amazing drivers and staff. Disgusting buses & gross bathrooms.
