Bought a ticket from Columbus to Cleveland bus was supposed to leave at 3pm and was delayed for 3hrs was suppose to arrived at Cleveland at 5:30pm got to Cleveland at 9pm.
Very bad seating and smelled so bad
Very professional experience
I was charged to go from Columbus to Columbus when I could have driven myself to greyhound station. The baron bus left the stop on 1739 high street early so I never used the Barons bus at all, I arrived at 2:10 and the Barons bus was pulling out, it was supposed to leave at 2:25. September 14,2019, I had to drive to greyhound station anyway, being over charged by Barons bus since I never boarded it, I still have my ticket in hand. I will never use your services again
The trip was comfortable and I slept most of the way up to Cleveland
Worst experience in my life. I will never ride Greyhound again.
The bus from Cleveland to Columbus is always late or we have to wait until 11:44 pm to come back to Columbus, Ohio. This is my second time having to wait for another bus to come in so I can get back home. For what I was told by other passengers that ride this bus more than I do. It is always late or we have to wait until 11:44 PM, which is the next bus that's coming back to Columbus or Cincinnati, Ohio.
Bus did not show up on time, we had to uber to next bus or else we would've missed it. Very mad
Bus was late arriving at Ohio State
Bus never showed up had to uber to greyhound and had to wait over 2 hours for departure
I was waiting in front of the listed address for Ohio State (Union Hall) pick up location on June 12 at 5:50 pm. The bus did not STOP at this location! It turned around in the roundabout and continued on without stopping at all. I was right within view of the bus but it never stopped! If there is a certain way a passenger is supposed to signal this bus to stop it should be clearly listed on the ticket. I had to call a family member to drive me home. Needless to say, I was very disappointed that I was left stranded by the bus!
Bus was almost 2 hours late. Made frequent stops in the middle and turned around as if driver was lost.
It was horrible. Dirty. Bus left 50 minutes late. This is not America. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
