Bus was supposed to be delayed for 15-30 mins but it didn’t come even after 1.5 hours of waiting. I didn’t get any update, so eventually took a next bus. Still have no idea if the bus arrived at the pickup location .
Punctuality was a plus. The bus was not equipped with plugs or charging stations.
Also the description of where to meet at the seattle airport was not good. Multiple doors as options……no sign at airport. Eventually figured out after asking several people.
The address on the ticket wasn’t clear as to where the pickup was from. It was literally so confusing. The ticket said pier 66 and an extended address and the bus never arrived and neither did the customer service provide any service. They kept hanging up on me and I had the absolute worst experience of all time trying to get on a bus.
Even though the bus’s late, I completely understand due to the horrible weather. The bus driver Pinky (not sure if I spelled her name correctly or not) is very friendly and very energetic to cheer everyone up. She’s awesome. I am very satisfied with this trip and would recommend the bus to my friends
Great service! Our bus driver was pinky and she was great. She couldn’t have been any nicer or friendly and kept us updated the whole way from Vancouver to Seattle. Made the journey so pleasant. She was great :)
It was my first time in Canada to ride a bus.
They called and texted me later than scheduled.
The driver was very attentive and the bus ride went smoothly.
The driver's personality was great, such as the choice of music during the trip, communication with the passengers, and he smiled and sent me off when I greeted him on the way back.
It was the same person back and forth, which was awesome!
I was also happy to get home early.
I wanted to take a picture with the driver at the end.
Quick is a good bus service. The time was right. My only concern is that I wasn’t given a choice for the pick up location.
I live in Surrey 20mins from the White Rock pick up location. It was crazy driving all the way to downtown Vancouver to wait for the bus at the rush hour of the day.
I really wish there was a way to understand the bus status. Waiting for 30 minutes I really wish there was a way to understand the bus status. Waiting for 30 minutes made me worry that it wasn’t coming.
Great service, however it was confusing to find where to board the bus. It should be stated exactly, such as “NW corner of…” instead of “the corner of…”. We, and four others, were waiting in the wrong area. Fortunately, we ran and made it on the bus.
The bus was clean, though it offered fewer places to put things (drink holders, magazine pouches on the back of seats, underseat storage) than some I have been on. It left on time and delivered us close to on time, with some beyond-the-driver's-control traffic issues. The best part by far was the very charming and full engaged driver. She (I wish I remembered her name) was delightful, and my husband and I were also most impressed with how she managed that big bus on busy Seattle and Vancouver streets. She was what really made the trip for us.
Would have appreciated a stop schedule. We didn’t realise that we would be able to leave the bus at an earlier stop this could have avoided the extra taxi fare. Providing a estimated border crossing time would help overseas visitors to enable overseas visitors fill in their arrive can app.
