ECONO+: if you think you might have a change of plans, ECONO+ is a good option, as it allows you to change the date or time of your tickets up to 14hr before departure, for a small USD $ 3.80 fee. This fare includes the same baggage limit as ECONO fares.
FLEX+: FLEX+ was made to be as flexible as possible, and provides one free bag that can go in the lower compartment. You can get a refund for the base fare if you cancel your trip at least 14 hours before departure, or change the departure date or time once.

The luggage policy changes according to your fare type. You can travel with a carry-on of 10kg (22.0lbs) max, regardless of your ticket type. If you wish to check larger pieces of luggage, then you'll have to pay for an extra fee when you book your ticket.

If you have an ECONO+ or FLEX+ ticket, you can cancel or change the date/time of your trip up to 14 hours ahead of time for a small fee. However, if you have an ECONO ticket, there are no refunds available and no changes to the date/time of travel.
Yes, there is a bathroom on Quick Shuttle. The toilet is located at the back of the bus or near the middle. We recommend bringing hand sanitizer, as most buses don't have running water. It is best to hold on to the rails when using the restroom in a moving bus.
