The bus from Vancouver to Seattle was not clean enough. But from Seattle to Vancouver it was totally different.. new bus and fully clean.
I had a good experience. The bus was late arriving in seattle because it took long at the immigration
Driver was friendly, unfortunately my bus ride was 1 hour late, probably due to the bad weather condition
the bus broke down half way to Seattle - we had to wait over 2 hours for another bus to pick us up

Bus left on time, no problem there. The drivers microphone was painful to all passengers every time he hung it up. Every single passenger had their fingers in their ears. At one stop, at a marina the driver refused to take several passengers because he was not going past Portland. It took management an hour and a half to allow the passengers on the bus. Many people lost connecting travel arrangements. Driver refused an elderly lady to use his phone to notify the people picking her up that she was extremely late. No one on the bus could understand the broken English from the driver explaining what was going on. All we could understand is that he was not going past Poland. I thought I was on the wrong bus! Poland? Really? All in all a terrible experience. My first and last time using Greyhound bus lines :(
Bus arrived over 20 minutes late; left 30 minutes late. There were no signs in the cruise terminal specifically for Quick Shuttle; nobody to help.
Inexpensive way to travel from Vancouver to Seattle, but lots of banging around. Was it the driver, route, or bus? Regardless, I will choose another method next time, even if much more expensive.
Bus was clean and cozy. However, it arrived a bit late but shortage of information was worse as we were not sure if we were at the right place.
Late takeoff. Very uncomfortable and cramped seats.
It was a cold and long trip. The sound system was poor. Our seats rocked not stable at all, we quickly changed seats at a pick up spot before other travellers got on.
The hour is one hour late in arrival due to heavy traffic. If it is common, the estimated arrival time should be changed.
Very old scruffy bus. Broken seats.
Driver did not show up, so the bus trip never occurred. Station staff talked a Boltbus driver into bringing some of the stranded passengers as it was also headed to Seattle, but there was limited space. I ended up taking a train.
The travel was good but a little bit too cold

The bus was delayed by about an hour, but we still made it to our final destination without any interruptions. The staff were very helpful in transporting and guiding us through the border and helping with out luggage.
The man at the ticket office was terrific. The driver however was indifferent. He didn't help load or unload the luggage. He seemed disinterested.
