The driver was nice. We didn’t enjoy having a passenger that was picked up along the way asked to sit in one of our spots when there were plenty of empty seats. We had our child sit on our laps despite we paid for a 3rd seat
Well I wish I had something good to say, but unfortunately they cancelled my trip and left me pretty much stranded. I had to end my cruise a day earlier and take a ferry from Victoria BC which we had to cancel our plans there and leave first thing in the morning. So needless to say I think they absolutely suck. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them.
Trip:Vancouver BC to Seattle : I didn’t enjoy the ride as it was super noisy and my seat-mate and i had to change our spots.before i booked it mentioned that there is wifi and switch to charge phones, in fact the wifi doesn’t work and nowhere to plug the gadgets.

Worst customer service ever. Didn't let us to to find the directions and couldn't wait for one minute. We called and chats but at end nothing happened.
Very poor wifi Terminal building closed when we arrived at seattle. Everyone had to wait outside in shivering cold weather.
Criminal, irresponsible, simply garbage. I should file for bankruptcy. Does Canada have no justice to punish these criminals?
