However, some concerns have been raised about seat allocation issues due to overbooking, high luggage pricing, delays at borders causing long waits without adequate assistance from drivers or alternative arrangements being made promptly.

I recently traveled with Swiss 8, and I had a fantastic experience! The trip was smooth, and the drivers were incredibly respectful and professional. Safety was clearly a top priority, and I felt comfortable throughout the journey. The drivers' courtesy and expertise made a big difference. I'd highly recommend Swiss for reliable and safe transportation. 👍 5/5 stars!

Number 9 bus...27 June 2025. It's not what I expected as I've been hearing praises about this bus..The bus drivers only introduced themselves after Midrand. There was an extra person without a seat as it seems a double booking happened. At the borders they didn't bother themselves to help the passengers. We were moved from one counter to the other as there was none of our drivers were visible to assist. I must say I was disappointed
