Picked us up from Park Station, took us to Newtown and switched us to a bus called Chiutsi. Very poor service, disrespectful as well. Ended up spending more money on food and alternative transport from the boarder.

Firstly we were supposed to depart at 3pm only to depart at 3:30pm . Got to Zimbabwe side and the bus got arrested by ZIMRA at 10 am and we had to head to Masvingo only to be let free at 7 pm . I was supposed to arrive in Harare at 2:30 pm and still I'm not yet there. I'm very disappointed by this experience as this bus services came highly recommended

The speed of the bus was good, however I think it would be better if they can have someone to help organize people at the border,, especially on the South African side. Some busses had someone to help their passengers and were quickly served while we wait in the queue. Also, some music in bus would make the journey less boring.

The bus was overloaded with luggage for commercial purposes resulting in the trailer having problems just after Pretoria. Purchasing a ticket online left us with no allocated seats. Bus had no cellphone charging cable and aircon.

With regards to time management its 10 out of 10 but we did not have toilet breaks or to buy food the all journey both SA side and Zim side. Furthermore, the bus people do not comply with the luggage rules, they made us pay for our 22kg bags and when it came too seats they kept moving us so the driver can put their family members on the seats.
