It was terrible. They skipped customs and Zimra at the boarder and the bus was apprehended at Gwanda for over 12 hours for not declaring goods and some of the goods were illegal . Please make the policy of 1 carry on and 1 laguage below 20kg strick.

I enjoyed the way the staff was so hands-on with updates and their way of handling their passengers. I wasn't happy with the speed at night. With so much accidents happening they are supposed to minimize the speed at night.
When the bus got arrested ,I wasn't happy with how they handled things ending up having to make contributions for those who did not declare their things for the bus to be released.

Not happy with double allocation of seats.
Luggage declaration wasn't done at the border and we still held at Gwanda Zimra since past 5am till 11:50

Very bad service. We had to change buses 3 times in 1 trip and some passengers had to sit on the floor all the way to Zimbabwe because they changed us into a smaller bus than the first one.

Good driver's behavior and a comfortable ride. The downside is that they arrived behind schedule but they catered for the time lost.
