Bus from Midrand to Harare: Tickets & Schedules

Their staff at Midrand they're very rough and unprofessional but the drivers were good

Delayed big time at the SA side because of people who had no valid passports and as if that was not enough the bus was impounded by Zimra officials and taken the Bak Storage facility near Southlea park.

It was terrible, I got my laptop, phone, wallet(with my licence, I'd and other cards) and money stolen in the when the bus stopped in masvingo.

I wish there was an option to rate the experience with a Zero. They were two hours late, had to make many call to be told the buss is running late. Upon their arrival they driver refused to board me without checking my embassy papers to travel. Their driver was so arrogant and rude. I had to buy another ticket from Swiss Express for a 5 Star ⭐ travel experience

I’m still at the Zim border now at 15:30 hrs. This bus was scheduled to arrive at 10:00 am

The worst service possible, first bus available to book for on app for Friday yet they had no trip, left Sunday, bus was for 14:30, boarded 17:00. Spent all Sunday evening and all Monday on the road because they are carrying a lot of cargo even inside the bus so playing cat and mouse with cops and tax authorities. As I write this, it's Tuesday morning, 04:51 am, we have not reached Harare because there is a road block 20 Kms before the city and we have had to sleep at a truck stop as we wait for it to be dismantled. It's now 36 hours on the road.

it was the worst trip of my life. The bus was malfunctioning all the way and I also lost one of my packages. Please help me to recover my package

The service was great. We didn't even take time at the border. We arrived in Harare right on time

It was very good . They should only improve in type of music they put. I think they should put nice music for the whole bus to listen and change the type of it all the way

The bus is fairly comfortable,the drivers assistant needs to up his communication skills with clients

Comfot is 💯 but the there service is very poor the were 6 people with same seat number and they didn't have solution only to blame pick n pay, dont take that bus i was really disappointed and they manager is very stupid

Time keeping was good. The bus and crew were excellently presentable. I was not happy though when they left an elderly passenger at the Beight bridge border post

We still at the boarder since last night and nothing is happening.. our drivers are not helping at all.. we wet cause it was raining since last night until now we soaked wet and our passport are wet aswell 😭

The journey was Terri, our driver left us at Beitbridge border post fleeing police, he even reached Masvingo. We then had to get on a lorry to meet the bus on its way back from Masvingo. I will never use Timboon coaches ever again.

The Timboon bus was overloaded with luggage on seats and was not going to Harare instead the driver lied and later on when at Pretoria I was told There were going to put on the other bus going to Harare. So at the border, I had to transfer to an overloaded bus with luggage and passengers sitting on the buckets, in the passage. This company doesn't comply with health and safety issues, respect the clients

The bus arrived 3.5 hours late without any explanation as to why and upon arrival they asked for R300 because I had luggage. When I demanded to talk to someone incharge, they let me on with my luggage. It's like they are attempting a side hustle whilst on the job
