It was great and better than expected! Fantastic service! 4pm and the bus rolling out , no questions asked! Efficient.Cut the need to bring a printout for check in, simplify that process even more. It was sooo cold at some point heating took a while to be put on.

I used coach number 9 going and coming back and I was very impressed with the service from the drivers although the bus decided to switch off in Melrose they still communicated and apologised while figuring out a way, but the wifi is a mess in almost all your busses I have used plz improve on that

I lost my 1.5litre tuppeware water bottle inside swiss coaches & never found they did make an announcement in the bus but noone came up to say they found it.I guess we're not all loyal.But the experience was good & the drivers of coach 5 are friendly & helpful

My bag was stolen. There is no bathroom in the bus. It was very cold because the windows let in some wind despite being closed. Driver was driving way too fast I could barely sleep due to fear and anxiety

Iam not at all satisfied with Delta coaches.My overall impression is that they have little to no respect for their work or their customers.
I asked for a window seat and was given seat number 5,there was no room for me to even sit, the seats were too close together.Asked for change of seats and was asked why iam being difficult.I was given a different seat after I asked the guy attending if he can sit the whole trip to SA the way he just asked me to.Was moved to seat number 15,that has a lot of air blowing from under the bus my feet were frozen by the time I got to joburg.Upon arrival in joburg we were given 5 minutes to get off the bus,I asked to use the toilet for a change of jeans as I had messed my jeans up,was asked why I wasn't more careful and told off by the driver everyone referred to as shortie.Not to mention that the toilet door doesnt have a proper hatch to close,you have to use a rope to balance it closed.When I mentioned that I will be leaving a review he tried adjusting his tone.I can go on about what happened even at the border and the unnecessary remarks the short driver was making in front of the officials.
Second time iam using Delta,both times iam not happy.In 2022 when I used their services we got stuck in Midrand for 4 hours waiting for another bus to come fetch us after the breakdown.

I arrived for depature on the 1st of January 2 hours before the bus depture and i was advised that there was no available buses to travel by, this incovenience has caused a delay in my planning, the staff were unproffessional in adressing this matter. In the future i will not be travelling with this bus and i would not recommend anyone to use Mzansi
