The first leg up to Phoenix was fine, Wi-Fi sucked but that was expected. The next bus driver going to LA was a very rude woman, who told us if we gave her problems she didn't have to take us and would turn around to go home. This, after our bus was already running 45 mins late. Because we were 45 mins late, I missed my next bus by 20 mins and then had to wait four hours for the next one, the staff was rude and agitated because the system was down, so I became angry with how they acted towards me. One employee in LA took down my information, but acted indifferently to my concerns and couldn't even tell me when my next bus would be. There was a very long line with only one person attending the desk. Terrible service all around.
