I was at north terminal and it didn’t give me option to put north terminal as my pick up so I had to select south terminal. I couldn’t make it to south terminal and I missed the bus. I checked the bus bit later and it was coming to north terminal. Very inconvenient and confusing. I could not call customer service as the call could not be connected. Not recommended at all.
