Very poor service from rude driver from Oxford to London route who could not speak English properly and delayed my entry in to the bus despite me providing my e-ticket on my phone and even email whilst letting another passenger skip past me.

However, some users noted issues with air conditioning vents not working properly on certain routes and confusion regarding starting points and pricing when booking online.

Booked a trip from Marble Arch to Oxford in the morning but when arrived at the bus station there was a notice saying that the bus was not operating from this station. I was nowhere near the station that they were operating from so could not make my trip. Extremely disappointed, especially after outlaying £92. Not happy!

It wa shard to organize this from Canada - the website didn't mention that any bus time could be used which resulted in us purchasing 2 additional and unneeded tickets. We couldn't contact the company for a refund. Don't buy in advance - it's more expensive and limiting.

The staff was incredibly rude to me from start to finish. Our driver on the departing trip was condescending, and also accepted a PDF of our ticket - something the staff in Oxford on our return trip refused to accept. I am not from the UK and don’t have a cell phone plan and was therefore unable to access my email. The wifi wasn’t working either but he refused to help or offer alternative solutions - even though the National Express office was a few feet away and his colleague ultimately suggested we try and print our tickets there, with only 3 minutes left before the bus was scheduled to leave. When we finally returned to London, the driver rudely yelled at me across the sidewalk (after I’d already left the bus) that I had pushed another customer. Not only was this a complete lie, but he had no right to scold me like I was a child. The entire experience from start to finish was incredibly rude, unprofessional and generally unacceptable customer service. I’ll never be using your service again.
