I'm very satisfied.
Would use again
Very good service. I would certainly consider using National Express more than the railway.
Great service, although the USB port was broken on my seat, had to use my neighbors. Clean bus and comfortable ride the whole way through.
Comfortable ride but heating was too high
Too cold upstairs. It's October fo goodness sake. No need for AC.
Great experience .Am coming next week again
The bus was delayed and driving was very slow, which resulted in arriving at Bristol very late..
No wi fix and no air con, apart from that, all well
On a hot day the bus air conditioning was not working. The driver was accomodating and offered solutions including organising a change of bus. As passengers we decided we just wanted to get to our destination.
It was good in some respects but I wanted to extend the journey to Weston Super Mare but to do this it would have cost an extra £22 (for an 18 mile journey) so I chose to take the train which cost around £6 so because of the mad way National express operates it lost out on my money and probably had empty seats! Not good business sense!
It's really amazing. thumbs up for national Express 😘
Some of the staff not very friendly. The bus driver very good.
Great experience will definitely travel with them again
Amazing bus and driver
It's was lovely experience with the kids. Lovely journey
The driver was very polite and good to everyone
