Are you kidding me? This trip was a joke, The first bus was 1 hour late, which caused me to miss my first bus transfer. Had to wait 2 hours in the line to reescadule, the staff was rude amd extremelly unhelpful and put me in a bus that would depart from the terminal 9 hours after the original scheduled bus, which would increase my trip from 24 to 37 hours!!! In summary, have up and bought a flight ticket, figured out it was a bad idea trying to save money taking a bus in the first place! Called Grayhound in my way to the airport to get a refund only for 30 minutes later be informed that I can only attempt to get a refund 24 hours after the supposed completion of my trip.
