I was told to get on the wrong bus then was told to move to another bus, then the new bus I moved to smelled old, did not have a way to charge my cell phone! No way to contact my ride the bus was arriving late!!! Very dissatisfied because had to move! Front desk people are rude and arrogant and act like the own the bus service!!!
