Staff were very helpful, competent and friendly, we arrived about 30 minutes early on a scheduled 6 hour trip. Seats were wonderfully comfortable. My only (minor) gripe would be the temperature in the bus, they need to understand Mexico is NOT inhabited by Eskimos.

This was a really bad experience from start to finish. I was traveling with my dad and everything went wrong.
First of all, the pickup location provided in the email did not exist. When we arrived, there was nothing there at all — just a metro stop, no bus, no sign, no staff. We had to call the contact number provided, and they sent us to a travel agency instead.
At the agency, our tickets did not even show up in their system, so we had to make multiple calls and wait while the person on the phone spoke with the staff at the counter. The situation was chaotic, confusing, and extremely unprofessional.
Eventually, we discovered that this was not an official bus, but a camioneta (van) for about 14 people. This was completely different from what was advertised and it felt unsafe, especially considering we had booked a bus service.
On top of that, the departure time was supposed to be 1:00 PM, but once we arrived we were told it would leave sometime between 1:30 and 2:00 PM, with no clear information or communication.
Because of the lack of organization, misleading information, and safety concerns, we decided not to continue the trip and instead went to the terminal to find another legitimate and official bus.
