We have travelled with ALSA many, many times and have never had any problems...until last night's journey. Both drivers were unhelpful and when we were leaving...made no attempt to help us with our luggage...just stood and smirked. There were five people on the bus that seemed to forget that it was a night journey and talked for quite a while...eventually my husband and I had to tell them to be quiet...one had quite a lot of food on board, which he dropped on the floor of the bus...some of it sliding under my seat. Maybe it should be pointed out to passengers to be respectful of others...especially on a night service. Also, the passenger in front had her seat so far back, that it made the journey more uncomfortable. I know some of these issues are not ALSA staff's fault but as I said, it could maybe be pointed out more strongly about respecting others. Sorry to say, that on this occasion, we had a terrible journey.
