We had to book last minute after our flight from France came in late and we missed our train connection. Will consider coaches between Lisbon-Faro in future as the trip was great and very comfortable and driver friendly.
Staff were ignorant & of no help when asking anything. Very Ill mannered. Won’t be using this company again in my life time, would rather walk through broken glass to my destination
The best coach I haver been! Wifi, recliner&comfortable seats, TV announcing route and where we were, wc, small tv/ipad in each seat with movies/series and games, USB entrance. Brilliant!
I had a flight from Faro at 12pm. Bus by schedule should have arrived to Faro at 10.10am. At 10.40am the bus was 30 kilometers far from faro. I had to get off the bus in some village and pay extra €24 for taxi to the airport.
The driver was incredibly rude. Lots of attitude. Did not give clear instructions and kept shouting and getting angry. He then went on a bathroom break by himself and didn’t allow anyone else to get off the bus. He made us throw away our salad because only sandwiches were allowed but everyone was eating crisps, chocolates and other snacks. I would not allow this driver to represent the country or your bus company. He is paid to do a job, he is not doing this for free or for charity. Just a angry man. I have been on lots of coaches in Portugal but never have I ever seen anything like him.
Overall the bus ride was smooth and the driver was nice, the only thing I have to complain about was that the radio music was a bit too loud, which was a bit uncomfortable because wage passengers are tired and want to get some sleep on the ride to Faro (the bus ride was a 12:15am). I think that if the bus had no music then the passengers would feel more comfortable and sleep better.
Having missed my flight from uk to faro, the airline rebooked me to go to lisbon and spend the night there. Had to catch the bus to faro. New to the country and the booking was so easy. Luckily the driver spoke English so it was an easy ride!! The service and the ride was excellent. Highly recommended!!!
Connecting bus number was changed without informing passengers resulting in us missing the bus and having to pay for another ticket to get to Faro via a much slower route. Bus drivers kept redirecting us to another booth when we asked them.
Horrible experience, at the beginning there was 31 degrees inside the bus and it was 10:30pm, air conditioning didn’t work..they shouldn’t have sent this bus
The bus turned up and left late. We had to get off at an earlier stop and get a taxi to make sure we would catch our flighy. If we stayed on the full journey we would have been so late we would have missed our flight.
