My bus to Chicago was canceled. Which made me miss my Chicago flight to Boston and the Boston bus. I lost a lot of money. The service did not inform us about anything. Now I drive your company bus to New York. The driver is some crazy woman who screams at everyone and the passengers are afraid of the driver.

Got off in Nashville for an break in then to return end up waiting till 5 to leave out not because of bus breakdown or weather emergency, but because a driver didn't show after complainting supervisor told us to get on another bus going to Chicago driver refused us finally someone came driver didn't seem comfortable driving below speed limit got to Chicago around 3:45 ish uncomfortable trip my legs and head still hurt greyhound staff is real rude to there customers
