Bus Tickets from Ontario, CA to Las Vegas, NV

I normally have no issues with Flixbus but this trip was different. Our bus started having mechanical issues so had to pull over on the side of the freeway. Driver did not communicate with us what was happening. Then we had to wait over 4 hours with no food or restroom access. Then he thought it was fixed drove about a mile and we were stuck again. Finally we were able to get back in motion but I have been on this bus since 1pm with no food and one bottle of water. (We are not at our destination yet as I wrote this and it is 9:51pm that us almost 9 hours and we still have another hour or two left) We never stopped at a rest area where there was food access or a clean restroom. The restroom in bus was nasty and did not have proper supplies. I’m very disappointed in this trip. Flixbus offered a 25$ food reimbursement but I wasn’t even able to buy any food. Then they offered a 50% voucher for my next trip . But after sitting on this bus for that long I’m not sure I’d be comfortable getting on another bus.

Horrible worst experience ever bus had no coolant and driver kept pulling over and then eventually broke down we were stranded for 3 hours and had to wait for another greyhound to pick us up was travelling to Vegas to go see a concert and missed half of the show because of the delay!

Great staff but the huge delay on 15 going to Vegas on may 14 was terrible. Not your fault but several almost threw up from driver’s driving stop and go for over an hour. Bus needs a lower gear. Also don’t run a movie all the time when most are trying to sleep! Yes we can turn down our own speaker but many were on and no one was watching

Ontario station, they don’t have right information to get there, there no reference to get there, anyone can get lost to find the location

My departure time was 12:45pm and left 10mins earlier. If departure time leaves earlier than scheduled time then it should put around 12:30-12:45. I understand that 30-40mins early arrival is “strongly recommended” however, they should still not have left earlier than the scheduled time.
