The trip going to Nashville was going fine until the second of the three drivers was rude and wouldn’t listen to any reason. I was traveling with my disabled mother, and every driver but the second one allowed her to sit in the disabled seating especially when no one sat there. He made us sit together in the same seats and she couldn’t have no room to move or breathe. The departure from Nashville was better, but I didn’t receive no email stating the second bus towards Pittsburgh was cancelled and we had to wait for another bus 8 hours later. So with no other option we paid more to uber the rest of the way. So I’m very unsatisfied :(

The bus driver went the wrong way for 40 mis and i waited in Columbus for 4 hours. Then the bus driver in Cincinnati stopped the bus twice and asked me and my friend to stop talking and harrassed us saying he was going to kick us off when we weren't talking loud
