Very comfortable ride. Bus had power outlets and semi reclining, very nice seats Staff was helpful and courteous. Bus departed and arrived on time. Pricing was excellent.
The delays were an abomination, don't know how greyhound still in business.
I was a bit sceptical when I read reviews about predominantly informed during the journey in Spanish but this simply isn't the case. The staff and driver was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The bus was clean and modern and best of all it wasnt full so that you can spread out a bit. I would use Tufesa again.
My daughter was stuck in San Bernardino unable to get on her connecting bus to Las Vegas for more than 5 hours because her bus was over booked. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and we are demanding a refund! We will NEVER use Greyhound again.
If they don't fix the bus why they drive us and stop in the road which is very bad for elderly
It's a little uncomfortable for trips long .. the seats have a few foams
All bus drivers should use microphone for their announcement. We could not hear her announcement.
The bus service was good, I managed ti get get where I wanted to in a timely manner. My only real issue is the lack of knowing which bus is which. I nearly missed my bus many times trying to sort out the buses
From San Bernardino To Vegas was terrible beacuse the toilet smells disgusting.
Driver on board is not polite with passengers. Otherwise all other staff is good enough
