Fantastic service bus journey. Wide seats, friendly helpful, staff, comfy foot rests, USB ports and on time.
Everything was fine, except the Aircon was a bit too cold
Average. Bus turned up and arrived late but not by a horrendous amount (15 mins or so). One of our seats was broken - bottom section had come away from its fixings - and the A.C. didn't seem to do much of anything either. Thankfully the journey was only short otherwise would've been more annoyed
Bad service and Late arrival as the only Bus + other terminal as booked- bad experience !
I arrived at the bus station early and they kindly put me on the earlier bus for no additional charge. Both bus trips were in time, I felt safe, and I was very comfortable.
Relaxing drive. On time
Very comfortable ride. Unfortunately the volume of traffic as it was New Years Eve caused the late arrival
Really easy and efficient. Left on time and ride was smooth.
Good experience very easy
Great, punctual service at a very busy time of year. Bus was only 10 minutes late which was impressive considering the New Year gridlock getting out of Santiago and into Valparaiso.
The « salón cama » was excellent! And the steward made a perfect job!
Great service, reliable and comfortable
My wife and i accidentally turned up too the wrong terminal and a conductor thankfully helped us out and let us on a different bus going to the same place.
Had no problems with the ride, but missed second bus and was hoping to easily exchange for the next bus.
Short trip between Santiago and Valparaiso, but great in all ways.
Very efficient, clean and well organised. Comfortable seats.
Comfortable and efficient
All good, easy and efficient
amazing seats, very good bus and excellent driver
Comfy bus ride, left on time
Very comfortable ride.
No message telling us e-tickets were not allowed, therefore when bus arrived we were told to get prints, meaning we missed the bus. Then had to pay again, more than doubling the price. Took at least 1 our longer and smelt of wee.
Everything was great
It was waste of money I missed the bus because that my was needed to be taken to the hospital. When we arrive to the terminal only few hours later they couldn't get us another ride or even a discount because of the bus we missed. I don't need to say that I didn't miss the bus on purpose, and I shouldn't pay for service I didn't get because of this circumstances.
