Amtrak Vancouver Olympia recent customer reviews
We loved the train was on time. Once boarded, we selected our seats that were not as comfortable, so we moved across the aisle and enjoyed the trip, to Lacey Washington. The views, along the way, showed us beautiful farmlands, industrial areas, and small quaint towns. We were about 15 minutes late when the train arrived. We were happy to see our brother waiting for us.

The actual ride to Olympia was great. It was getting on the train and getting off that was the problem. There was an announcement made for business class and people that needed assistance. My wife is handicapped , so we went up and started out to the train. Moments later the rest of the passengers were quickly on our heals and passing us on the platform. I sped up to talk to the conductor who let me on the train at the door, where she was standing. Once we were on the train, we were told that we would have to get off the opposite end of the car that we were at. My heart sunk a little bit for my wife as this meant we would have to be walking on a moving train in order to get out on time. There was no assistance
