It was very disapointing to find out we have to print our tickets 5 minutes before the bus leaves after I read specifically that a ticket on a mobile phone counts as the same thing... I don't speak spanish and it was very hard to understand what should I do and I almost missed the bus.
Excellent bus, very comfortable (like first class), clean; coffee and water available. They gave me as well snacks to eat.
No internet but I didn't mind since it was a night bus.
I thought the service was very good. Efficient and easy. The one point they could improve on would be the border check - it felt quite random and disorganised (which mirrored the actual checkpoint!)
The trip was safe and with comfortable chairs. It was ok if I don't count the water drops from the airconditioner on my upper seat. Luckily there were 2 free chairs downstairs, so me and the another passenger moved down. They should improve that.
Lateness was due to 2 others, having to go to immigration or something before we could leave! We needed to know this beforehand.Comfy ride, surprised by food given & coffee on tap.
It left around 45 minutes later than scheduled, but the seat was very comfortable, the food they provided was much better than I expected, and the staff were friendly.
We arrived in Montevideo about 15 minutes later than scheduled, which was no problem
