It was very disapointing to find out we have to print our tickets 5 minutes before the bus leaves after I read specifically that a ticket on a mobile phone counts as the same thing... I don't speak spanish and it was very hard to understand what should I do and I almost missed the bus.
All great but no WiFi :( really important for me as a European with no internet in SA
Excellent bus, very comfortable (like first class), clean; coffee and water available. They gave me as well snacks to eat. No internet but I didn't mind since it was a night bus.
I thought the service was very good. Efficient and easy. The one point they could improve on would be the border check - it felt quite random and disorganised (which mirrored the actual checkpoint!)
Driver woke me up at immigration and made sure I got my stamp :) I slept better on the bus than my previous 2 nights at the hostel
Very nice, seats were amazing and decent food
Everything on time but no wifi and power sockets didn’t work.
Yo viajaré nuevamente
Very unclear check in instruction for none Spanish speaking person. Unclear bus station.
Very late and made me miss my next bus.
Bus was late and made me miss my connection bus
The trip was safe and with comfortable chairs. It was ok if I don't count the water drops from the airconditioner on my upper seat. Luckily there were 2 free chairs downstairs, so me and the another passenger moved down. They should improve that.
Really happy - seats very comfortable, toilet clean and arrived early
Only bad thing was, it was super cold inside bus
Everything was excellent in the bus, the service, the times. Unfortunately my chair was broken and uncomfortable
Estaba lloviendo mucho, y por la ventanita del techo nos caía agua mientras intentábamos dormir
Clean and extremely comfortable seats. Safe and comfortable driving. Unfortunately the USB ports did not work.
Arrival time was way too late and office staff wasn’t helpful or nice
Lateness was due to 2 others, having to go to immigration or something before we could leave! We needed to know this beforehand.Comfy ride, surprised by food given & coffee on tap.
Very confortable chair (no seatbelt for everybody), smooth driving, no usb to charge, freezing temperature (but we were prepared)
It left around 45 minutes later than scheduled, but the seat was very comfortable, the food they provided was much better than I expected, and the staff were friendly. We arrived in Montevideo about 15 minutes later than scheduled, which was no problem
Very satisfied, great trip!
Puntual y cómodo
Surprise meal and very spacious onboard. Very satisfied
Very good driver. Comfortable semi cama, but not offered a blanket.
Everything was perdect. Besides the checkin information at the departing station and provided tickets.
