All great but no WiFi :( really important for me as a European with no internet in SA
I thought the service was very good. Efficient and easy. The one point they could improve on would be the border check - it felt quite random and disorganised (which mirrored the actual checkpoint!)
Everything was excellent in the bus, the service, the times. Unfortunately my chair was broken and uncomfortable

It was very disapointing to find out we have to print our tickets 5 minutes before the bus leaves after I read specifically that a ticket on a mobile phone counts as the same thing... I don't speak spanish and it was very hard to understand what should I do and I almost missed the bus.
Very unclear check in instruction for none Spanish speaking person. Unclear bus station.
The trip was safe and with comfortable chairs. It was ok if I don't count the water drops from the airconditioner on my upper seat. Luckily there were 2 free chairs downstairs, so me and the another passenger moved down. They should improve that.
