It was very disapointing to find out we have to print our tickets 5 minutes before the bus leaves after I read specifically that a ticket on a mobile phone counts as the same thing... I don't speak spanish and it was very hard to understand what should I do and I almost missed the bus.

Excellent bus, very comfortable (like first class), clean; coffee and water available. They gave me as well snacks to eat. No internet but I didn't mind since it was a night bus.

I thought the service was very good. Efficient and easy. The one point they could improve on would be the border check - it felt quite random and disorganised (which mirrored the actual checkpoint!)

Driver woke me up at immigration and made sure I got my stamp :) I slept better on the bus than my previous 2 nights at the hostel
