Staff was extremely rude and did not want to be helpful. They refused to take one of our larger bags while letting family put five to six bags a person on. Would not recommend to anyone
No hand soap in the bathroom, during a corona virus outbreak!?
No juice in the juice machine
Air conditioning stopped working
Staff was rude
However, the seats were very comfortable
Very comfortable bus, left and arrived on time. Seats were excellent and toilet was clean - important on a 5 hour journey! Highly recommend this company.
Very confusing, mass of buses and no information until minutes before departure, by then it was already 15 mins past stated departure time.
It appears I had a seat reservation but couldn't be sure what it was - my poor Spanish didn't help.
The trip was great and all the staff were very nice and helpful!
However when i booked it said the bus had wifi and I would receive a snack. I was not given a wifi password and there were no snacks included.
Otherwise it was a nice trip!
Retiro bus station is a tired place. The ticket says águila will be between platforms 55 and 66. At five minutes before departure time a bus arrives between this platforms. Is it ours? Who knows. No destination on the front of the bus . Wander up. Yes. The miserable git looking at tickets agrees that we have one that matches.
It wasn’t a great experience. Bus arrived on time. Toilet blocked
The bus was extremely clean and fancy, the seats were very comfortable and I fell asleep quickly. I loved the Havanna alfajores that were passed out!! It felt like an airplane.
