Lovely driver, nice seats and pleasant journey.
It was honestly the most comfortable bus ride I've ever had, though I would've preferred the AC not being quite as strong, it got a bit chilly. Would recommend.
Great service. Food was ok, bun was hard but the wine was a nice touch. The staff were good, driver felt safe, server was pleasant, and the baggage handler was thorough when checking people’s tickets for their luggage.
Bus service itself was very good, however, the bus had the wrong destination and was also late, still arrived on time though
It was okay, but I missed the free WiFi and also loading up the battery of the smartphone didn’t work. It was kind of cold during the journey.

Mal servicio , no dan comida
Comfy seats but very cold during the night time !
De bus was erg schoon en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam.
Very confortable seats, almost fully flat, but lots of stops during the trip
On time, very clean, offered snack, low light and music in the night! Comfortable seats
The bus service as a whole was quite well, however, when I booked my tickets it showed the bus had Wi-Fi, this wasn't the case and it truly affected the trip since I was expecting to get some work on my way to my destination.
Very cramped, tv blasting out music right above our heads and nothing we could do about it when trying to sleep
I think was ok, including snacks and drinks is a good thing in a long trips like this. The sits was enough comfortable to stay the whole night and sleep sometimes.
Very comfortable seats and great staff. However, the food was not very good so eat beforehand!
Fue mi primera vez, y quede satisfecha
The bus left on time, arrived almost an hour early. A substantial sized dinner was served. Seats were comfortable. Good service all round.
Perfect, would be great if a print out of the online ticket wouldn‘t be nessessary
The bus was not there and i had to go to the information desk to find out that the company was no longer working
