The bus arrived on time, and the driver was very friendly and polite to everyone onboarding. The sits are great and comfortable, and the WiFi worked really well. Some pitfalls: I don’t know why, but before coming to get us, the bus passed by the stop about 15-20 mins before departure hour without stopping though. I’ve seen him leave coming up to the stop, so I was worried for some time it won’t come back:) another thing: though it was supposed to be prohibited to eat at all, which is a bit sad:) I found some chips crumbs on my small table. It wasn’t too pleasant. As for other points, everything was great and comfy:) I’ll definitely consider this bus company when visiting Andorra next time.

Не раджу перевізника, рейс обирала прямий, замість цього отримала з пересадкою і очікуванням в 4 години в Тернополі , замість вказаного часу прибуття 8:00 прибула о 19:00 , зарядок в автобусах не було , брудно та дискомфортно

Whilst I understand we are in the Ukraine the tickets are not clear an all anoucments done in Ukraine with no regards that people on the bus don't understand Ukraine
