Appalling. The bus was overbooked and our group of nine was not allowed to travel, leaving us stranded in Krakow. This after a one-hour standoff with the driver during which he at one stage attempted to manhandle me off the bus.

Good bus, helpful staff, and reasonably good timing. But maybe think about not blasting the Dizel Show at full volume when people are trying to sleep! Will definitely use again

The trip was horrible! First of all the name of the company is Easy West Eurolines, but not Infobus! This company is already kicked off from Ukrainian bus apps (including infobus app). Never will choose this company again!
