The double decker bus was very uncomfortable. We sat on the seats 11 and 12 and they were the worst seats. The noise from the air conditioning behind our heads was unbearable.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience and can honestly say that we have rarely had such a poor experience with a transport company.
We purchased a one-way ticket to Barcelona and arrived at the designated departure point even earlier than the scheduled time. However, every Moventis bus that arrived had an extremely rude and unhelpful driver. None of them even wanted to look at our ticket. They simply told us that it was not their bus and refused to provide any further information or assistance.
After waiting for around 40 minutes, when we were already becoming quite anxious and frustrated, another driver arrived and again told us that this was not our bus. Only after a lengthy discussion did he finally agree to let us board, even though there were seats available on the bus anyway.
To make matters worse, the location provided in the confirmation email for where we were supposed to wait for the bus was incorrect. Fortunately, we had arrived early enough to ask around at nearby businesses and eventually find the correct departure point.
The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. Unfortunately, we have absolutely nothing positive to say about this experience. We would not recommend this service.
