The bus never showed up on the board and the signing was confusing, finally 45 minutes later they said our bus was broken and they would bring us a new one. All the buses that were scheduled to the same location after ours still left before us. We finally left over an hour after the scheduled time. We were sent to different platforms and made many queues with no proper instruction. Terrible experience.
