Our luggage came out of the hold completely drenched in urine. Never again. Absolutely do not recommend this company
Our bus arrived 2hrs late which I understand can happen. The seats we were booked were taken and the people were sleeping. We had to wake them and in very limited Spanish got them to move and I got the impression they were not happy. The bus smelled of urinine and not a pleasant environment for a 15hr journey. On route I was by a noise and some kind of incident had occurred resulting in some damage to bus and loss of side mirror canopy, an ambulance was in attendance but unclear of the details.
Superciva Bus can be a good experience but 2 hours late departure and 5 hours late arrival was not okay. Also, it said in the booking no other stopps but we stopped in Ica and Nazca. But at least I arrived in one piece
Won’t be riding again for any long term bus. They didn’t make one stop for over 14 hours. We didn’t get to stop for food or water. They turned the air conditioning off halfway through with a full bus. Very disappointed
Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. The ride was supposed to take 17 hours, but instead it took 21 hours and 30 minutes. Worse than this is behaviour of the stuff, they were of no help and gave us no explanation. As we finally arrived to our final destination Ica, they made a stop before the bus station at the gas station and without any explanation opened the doors. Everyone made their way to buy food, and this added more frustration to the fact that we were already 4 hours late. There was not toilet paper in the toilet even after I told the stuff about it. The luggage compartment was very dirty and my bags were too when I got them back. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
I chose CIVA bus company this time due to the departure time. The bus was dirty, there was no room to move. It was full, no air conditioning and most of the windows didn't open. It was a really bad journey. I won't travel with this company again
This is a night bus. No need for laud tv. Advertisement and films until 12 pm. Both turists and peruan will sleep. I will not recommend this kind of bus again
When leaving Mancora I was not given a baggage claim ticket so when I got to Puira they wouldn’t give me my bag right away, also they should announce which city the bus stops in was my first trip to Puira would help
Overall ok for price and duration. Nice touch of free water and snack.Seats comfortable and reclined to 160°.Big problem with TV on all night with no ability to turn off sound. Moving seats didn't help.
Staff very helpful and calm with misplaced luggage.
This trip was awful! Firstly they changed the bus to 5 hours later on the day and then finally on the bus we arrived three hours late. 25 minutes from the station we stopped for snacks. Ridiculous if it wasn’t the only way to get to ica I’d never do it again!
Your driver is horrible refused to tell us anything about the timing of the bus despite me speaking to him in Spanish. Wouldn’t stop to let us off so we could get a taxi so now we will miss our flights
The bus line itself was good, bus was clean and comfortable, left on time, staff was good. However, what was supposed to be at max a 12 hour ride, turned into 22 hours because of construction delays and an accident. We sat stopped in the middle of nowhere for hours and hours. It was a night bus so we didn’t bring food for an entire day and it was horrible. Don’t make my mistake, always bring a snack.
Awful time management. The bus broke down and we had to switch to another bus. The estimated time of arrival in Tarapoto is almost 6h later than expected. Awful experience
Bus was almost two hours late with absolutely no communication or anything to suggest why. Toilets were filthy and stank up the whole bus. Heating was on full blast for the whole duration, very stuffy and uncomfortable. We couldn't open the windows as the driver closed it again. Usb port did not work. Spend a bit more and take another bus. Goodnight and God bless.
