The legroom was extra cramped and our bus ride went three hours longer than advertised despite only taking one rest stop :(
The trip was really really not good! At night we wake up to a really loud noise that is constant where it seems like the tire is going to fall off or something. Nothing is done before we after four times knocking the door and the chauffeur stops and check. They try to fix it, but it is not fixed, so we have to listen to the loud sound for 5-6 hours not being able to sleep and not knowing what the problem is. In addition, the entire cabin smells like burned rubber. I will never recommend using CIVA!
Awful smell of urine on the whole bus, nothing had been cleaned when we got on the bus it felt and smelt awful. Zero space at your feet when all seats reclined, was so claustrophobic. Really would not recommend.
My luggage was loaded onto the wrong bus. It was pure luck I noticed it had been placed on a bus going to a completely different destination. I managed to rescue my rucksack, meanwhile the staff laughed
Our bus was cancelled and no one contacted us to let us know. They got us on a bus two hours later which was nice… but in really uncomfortable economy seats when we had originally booked the exclusive seats. This was not ideal for an overnight 18 hour bus ride we were expecting to be comfortable on. I would not recommend using civa. We were super de”civa”ed and not impressed
Airconditioning didn't work but heating was on. Bus driver drove like he was on a race against the clock, arrived 30 minutes early but couldn't sleep because he kept braking so hard or turning with high speeds
Women's toilet was unavailable, no toilet paper on the men's toilet and very dirty. Driver drove ridiculous which made me sick on the trip. Airconditioning worked but driver maintained uncomfortable hot temperature of 28C in the bus.
I enjoyed that we got to Lima, but we had a 3 hour delay where the bus didn’t work. The number to call the bud company didn’t work either, so we were stuck for hours without solutions.
Really bad smell because of the toilets, people not on their designated seats and they were playing movies untill 00:30AM really loud over the bus speakers, even noise cancel earplugs did not work.. and the bus was 1:20h late
The ride itself was super smooth and the seats comfortable but the TV was too loud, no soap/ running tap water on the toilet and the „big“ stop for food was a little late and not very good but we had enough snacks so that was alright
They really helped me with checking in and finding the bus. What I didn’t liked was that the bus ride was 26 hours instead of 22. There were no stops. Eventually people got angry and we could stop in the morning.

Our bus arrived 2hrs late which I understand can happen. The seats we were booked were taken and the people were sleeping. We had to wake them and in very limited Spanish got them to move and I got the impression they were not happy. The bus smelled of urinine and not a pleasant environment for a 15hr journey. On route I was by a noise and some kind of incident had occurred resulting in some damage to bus and loss of side mirror canopy, an ambulance was in attendance but unclear of the details.
Superciva Bus can be a good experience but 2 hours late departure and 5 hours late arrival was not okay. Also, it said in the booking no other stopps but we stopped in Ica and Nazca. But at least I arrived in one piece
Won’t be riding again for any long term bus. They didn’t make one stop for over 14 hours. We didn’t get to stop for food or water. They turned the air conditioning off halfway through with a full bus. Very disappointed
Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. The ride was supposed to take 17 hours, but instead it took 21 hours and 30 minutes. Worse than this is behaviour of the stuff, they were of no help and gave us no explanation. As we finally arrived to our final destination Ica, they made a stop before the bus station at the gas station and without any explanation opened the doors. Everyone made their way to buy food, and this added more frustration to the fact that we were already 4 hours late. There was not toilet paper in the toilet even after I told the stuff about it. The luggage compartment was very dirty and my bags were too when I got them back. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
I chose CIVA bus company this time due to the departure time. The bus was dirty, there was no room to move. It was full, no air conditioning and most of the windows didn't open. It was a really bad journey. I won't travel with this company again
