Poor service driver was sick on that moment other driver take a break for 1 hour all the passenger are waiting they dont even arrange the another driver for swapping they take out all the passenger and leave them in cold my mum is sick and she was waiting for bus after 1hour when the driver took us all and after 45 minutes the driver stop the bus somewhere and explaing that he wont drive further then again we are waiting for next driver and the next driver told us that he wont stop on our destination it was a worst service even the bus driver wont take out our luggage he was saying that take out yourself that was really worst service
My trip to London started horribly as my coach 6.50 from derby to London didn’t turn up, we were told that we could catch the 7.15 which went to Leicester but could’ve dumped off the coach there as it was booked up(had a 45 minute delay in Leicester sorting it out ,then on the way back no mention of the 20.00 440 on the departure board to derby had to go and ask some one ,when we finally did see someone told me that the bus was going and was nearly full ……what a shambles I for one will not be using national express ever again
