Bus was 30 minutes late leaving and broke down about 15 minutes after departure. Another bus had to be brought in.
The bus trip was stunning and the staff were very helpful - even without much english. Bus was comfortable and the driver was safe.
The bus drive and attendant were very nice and helpful through the whole journey! The seats were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and actually had toilet paper!
The journey was excellent and the bus very clean and comfortable.
Overall a good experience. Mendoza bus station isn't the greatest and the woman at the Andesmar counter (who run the Nevada service to Santiago) wasn't very clear about which platform the bus was leaving from but we found it anyway. Staff on the bus were much friendlier and helpful especially with immigration procedures at the Chilean border. Bus was comfortable and got snacks plus a sandwich which we weren't expecting. Slightly late departing and arriving but less than 15 mins so no real issues. Would travel this route with this company again.
The Chauffeur and and person on charge of the service did not speak any English but were so nice and with signs I had answer to all my questions
Very comfortable cama seats. Immigration was very fast. As all buses here it was cold. Good films in English. Drinks and food provided
Good bus service. On time and clean.
The delay was because of border control. Bus driver was an excellent driver
two and a half hours at the Chilean border with no apparent reason, and other buses arrived after us and left before
Excellent service. Very comfortable, efficient and professional and surprisingly good movies
Really comfortable journey with great staff! Snacks were all provided and movies shown on the journey were excellent. Would definitely recommend!
Was comfortable and the snacks were a nice surprise
Comfortable, quiet, went through customs very well
A very efficient service. The chairs were super comfy and the process at the boarder was easy and quick despite it being Boxing Day.
Very clean and comfortable bus, except that several passengers, including myself, complained that the seat backs’ reclining feature did not work. I would like to give the driver a 5 star rating. He was excellent!
The bus ride was fabulous. The seats are very comfy with USB ports and a tv. Food was served, which was an unexpected plus. Also, the staff was very friendly and professional.
Very comfortabel with Nice views to the Andes mountains. Recommended
The executive seats were perfect.
For two non Spanish speaking people the staff was great. When crossing border double checked our papers to make sure we filled them in correctly. Lunch was really good. Will travel by bus again on another trip.
